An Application cannot be processed unless copies of academic/professional qualifications & CV are enclosed. Please list ALL of your academic and professional qualifications. References must be supplied with the application.
Membership is by invitation.
I agree to accept the decision of the Council regarding my edibility for membership. If elected, I agree to abide by the Bye-laws and to observe the provisions of the Associations Code of Professional standards.
